National Black History©
National Black History™ is dedicated to continuing the visionary work of our forefathers, as lead by Booker T. Washington. We build on the rich heritage of achievements of the Colored Merchants Association (CMA), and the National Negro Business League (NNBL) both founded in 1900 by the Honorable Booker T. Washington.
Washington's philosophy, often called the "Atlanta Compromise," emphasized economic advancement and education rather than immediate civil rights.
In a world where division often overshadows our common humanity, we stand united as members of the justice and prosperity party, committed to fostering an inclusive and participatory democracy, guided by the belief that every voice matters and that through respectful dialogue, informed debate, and collective action, we can create a political society that reflects our shared values of justice, equality, and opportunity for all.
Our mission is to bridge divides and build a community where decendence of formally enslaved person are empowered to contribute to the political discourse. We pledge to support one another, to learn from one another, and to stand together in the pursuit of independent political representation for our community.
"In all things purely social we can be as separate as the five fingers, and yet one as the hand in all things essential to mutual progress" - Booker T. Washington
